Joyce Ann (Hacker) Penny

Joyce Ann Hacker Penny went home to be with the Lord on Monday,
February 26, 2024. She was born in Lubbock, TX on March 22, 1939.

Joyce attended schools in Lubbock and Slaton, and attended Business
College in Lubbock. She worked at Behrens Wholesale Drug Company,
and was Office Manager for Bowman Lumber Company. She served as
Executive Financial Secretary for First Baptist Church of Lubbock, and
was self-employed since 1984.

Joyce married Cecil Penny on May 29, 1964.

Those awaiting her in Heaven were her parents: J.B. and Ellon Hacker,
brother: Harold Hacker, and sister: Pauline Melugin.

She is survived by her husband: Cecil, two sons: Andy Holt and Michael
Penny, two daughters: Dana Bell and Michelle Young, 3 granddaughters, 3
grandsons, 2 great-grandsons, and 2 great-granddaughters.
