Charles Jeffery Cossiart passed away on Friday, February 17th, 2023. He was born September 22nd,1945 in San Antonio to parents Charles and Kathryne (Mccullum) Cossiart. He was married to Patricia A. Cossiart; who preceded him in death five years ago. Jeff was a member of the United States Air Force for over 22 years. He was an avid golfer and a Texas Longhorn fan. Survived by his aunt Betty Mccullum and cousin, Kent (Tammy) Mccullum. Jeff's precious Bichon Frise dogs Elle and Annie will miss him greatly. A special thank you to Kelly Gavit and Pamela Amburn... Jeff's caretakers. Service with military honors at Fort Sam will take place in San Antiono at a later date
