Services for Belinda Cortez Franco, 56, of Odessa Texas, will be at Agape Funeral Chapel on Friday April 19, 2019 from 3-7 pm.

Born October, 26th, 1962 in Plainview Texas, Belinda passed away April 14th. 2019 in Lubbock Texas. Belinda graduated from Odessa High School with honors in 1981 before residing in Lubbock.

Belinda is survived by, sons Desi Hugo Franco, Dani Orlando Franco, father Pedro H Cortez, mother Maria Jimenez Cortez, sister's Velma, Laura and Diane Andrea and brother Pedro Rene Cortez, and two grandchildren she loved with all her heart.
