Jerry Lynn Clarke

Jerry Lynn Clarke,66, passed away peacefully in his sleep on August 18^th 2018.  Jerry was born December 15, 1951 to Mr. & Mrs. Fred Clarke of Lubbock, TX.  Jerry attended Lubbock High School and graduated in 1970.

 After graduation, Jerry moved to Austin, TX where he became a certified laboratory technician.  Jerry is survived by two brothers, Johnny and Terry Clarke; two nieces, Nancy Clarke and Karen Preston; Three nephews, Bobby, Chris, and Michael Clarke.

Jerry was a sweet and kind person who was an honest and trusting friend to all. He was a hard worker and was a member of Asbury Methodist Church. Jerry was a good man who will be missed.  He could make anyone laugh with his sense of humor.

The celebration of his life will be held at the Bethany Baptist Church at 11 A.M. on September 29^th with a lunch/wake to follow.  All who knew Jerry are invited to attend.  Pastor Mark Holland will be officiating.
