Cecilia Rios Obituary

Cecilia Ann Rios was born in Spur Texas where she met and married Robert Tobar. This union resulted in five children;James Tobar, Lubbock Texas, Vera Beckering, Fresno California , Jolynn Eller Winston-Salem North Carolina and Sheila Spiegel ,Turlock California.
Cecilia was blessed with 16 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
Cecilia enjoyed singing, collecting bibles, journaling and reading books at Mardell's.
Devoting her life to God's ministry and to her children was a lifelong passion.
She was a singer, mentor , teacher and a friend to whomever crossed her path.
Cecilia will be remembered for her quick sense of humor, her beautiful smile and her ability to find joy in everyday things.
Cecilia loved the Lord with all her heart.
Her kindness, wisdom and love will be missed. Until we meet her again.
